TREETOP PARK RESIDENT INFORMATION
Board Meetings:
Usually held on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
Open session for the community commences at 7:15 pm by request only. Please email treetoppark1@gmail.com
Residents are encouraged to mark their calendars and make every effort to attend. The Board needs resident support and input.
Safety Issues:
For those who wait in vehicles with children at the bus stop at the entrance of TTP, please park your car at least one car length from the entrance to allow incoming/outgoing vehicles to safely enter and exit our community.
The speed limit on the TTP property is 15 mph, as posted.
All resident owned vehicles are to be parked in your respective driveways - not on the roadways.
No overnight parking is permitted on any roadway within TTP property.
Trash and Recycling Pickup:
Harvey is the vendor for TTP. They have provided and own 64 gallon bins. Each unit has been provided with 2 bins. Bins are to be stored in garages except during pickup times.
Trash pick up is every Wednesday and Mixed Stream Recycling pick up is every other Wednesday - please see posted calendar for exact dates.
Bins must be brought to the curb the night before pickup or by 6am on the day of pickup, free from obstructions and readily visible to the truck driver.
Postings by Mailbox area:
The community is encouraged to post appropriate material to this website. However, if posting by the mailbox area is desired, the following protocols must be adhered to and email sent to treetoppark1@gmail.com with details of the posting. Upon Board approval, you can proceed to post it by the mailbox are:
i. All notices must include Name, Unit number and phone number
ii. All notices must have prior Board approval
iii. All notices must have “Approved by the TTP Board”
